PDS Dental Laboratory is an innovative and state-of-the-art dental laboratory providing services and unique products to dentists throughout the UK, located in Greengates, Bradford.
JLM carried out a comprehensive and integrated programme of mechanical & electrical works services, including design, installation, and testing at the laboratory and head office site.Creating an innovative and bright work environment was an essential aspect of the project, and additionally, both the mechanical and electrical services had to be completed within a limited time frame to ensure the relocation of the company was on schedule.
Mechanical works carried out by JLM engineers included the installation of underfloor heating served by biomass primary and gas secondary boilers, installation of HV and AC systems, as well as installation of fire suppression sprinkler systems and domestic services.
Our electrical engineering team worked in parallel to carry out cable installation and management, provision of external car park lighting, and installation and configuration of the fire alarm, telephone, access control, CCTV, and IT systems. Alongside this, we supplied and installed general, medical and emergency lighting and power supplies to mechanical services — ensuring that all elements of the project were completed to client specifications in advance of their relocation deadline.
