Fire Detection
We design and install fire protection systems for use in residential, commercial and industrial applications, based on a detailed fire risk assessment. Our systems comply with current fire regulations and legislation, and we offer a scheduled testing, servicing and maintenance service.
Our systems are tailored to the category and type of alarm system required for your premises and combine carbon monoxide, ionisation, optical smoke, flame and heat detectors as well as rate of rise or fixed temperature sensors. For larger buildings, we can also supply beam smoke detectors.
Sprinkler Systems
Correctly installed fire suppression or sprinkler systems are a vital safety measure which can save lives as well as protect property and mitigate damage in the event of an emergency — and maintaining an up-to-date system is an important factor in minimising insurance costs.
Our certified engineers can design, supply and install wet pipe, dry pipe, deluge, and pre-action systems, using third-party tested and approved hardware and components. We have experience in both domestic and commercial implementations, including high-volume and specialist industrial systems.
CCTV

Intruder Alarms

Implementing automated gates to restrict access to your property gives greater flexibility and incurs lower costs than relying solely on manned security checkpoints or key sharing. Automated security gates allow 24/7 access while controlling the inward and outward movement of people or vehicles.
We provide custom-designed automatic gating solutions, tailored to the exact requirements of your business. Options include swing or sliding vehicle gates as well as pedestrian-only options, with additional features including alarms or beacons, force testing, integrated access control systems and anti-climbing measures.
AOV/Smoke Vents & Clearing
Automatic opening vent (AOV) control systems are used in the event of a fire to control the ventilation of smoke and clear internal spaces more effectively, reducing the risk of harm to people or property. AOV systems are required in many new builds and may also be retrofitted to existing premises.
We provide fully integrated AOV systems, including detectors, triggers, call points and actuators in single or multi-zone configurations, depending on the exact characteristics and requirements of the space, as well as extensive testing and ongoing maintenance.
Nurse Call/Disability Alarms
Disability or nurse call alarms offer greater personal security for disabled or vulnerable people using commercial or residential facilities, by allowing easy access to summon assistance in the event it is required — either via fixed-button or cord-pull alarms or via wearable call buttons or wrist monitors.
We’ll work with you to design the best system for your unique circumstances, taking into account the risk profile of residents or visitors to your premises. We can integrate alarm systems with call centres or security offices to provide fast-response cover, and we provide full testing and maintenance of the systems.
