VRF Systems

Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) is a highly sophisticated technological air conditioning system, which operates using a refrigerant as the heat-transfer fluid and the working fluid as the cooling and heating mechanism.

VRF systems are unique in that they utilise a network of ducts that connect each room in a building to a singular point. As such, VRF systems provide some major advantages. From this singular point, they can control individual room temperatures with minimised ductwork, secondary fluids and associated costs.VRF systems also utilise this singular point unit to extract the air and humidity from the entire building whilst retaining external fresh air. As a result, it provides fresh, filtered air, whilst removing condensation, odors and indoor pollutants consistently throughout a property in each and every room.

VRF can also simultaneously aid and significantly improve the climate control of a building. In fact, up to 95% of the hear recovered from the unit can be repurposed and reused. As a result, VRF and VRV are also incredibly energy efficient, and can reduce your bills as well as your carbon footprint, with a very high energy efficiency ratio (EER) of 15-20 and integrated energy efficiency ratio (IEER) of 17-25.
